OUR STORY
Why Ocean GK exists
Founded by professionals with experience in real estate investment and European immigration law, Ocean GK emerged to fill a gap: the Golden Visa market was full of intermediaries who promised results without truly understanding the process or the risks.
We decided to build a different firm: with clear project selection criteria, full transparency about program requirements, and a team that accompanies the client from the first consultation until they hold the residence permit in hand.
Today we operate with a network of partners in Greece, Italy, and other European destinations, serving clients from Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia who seek to secure their families' futures through real estate investment.
