Approval of any visa or residence permit is the exclusive competence of the relevant governmental authorities.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Information provided by Ocean GK is for guidance purposes only. Ocean GK does not guarantee the obtaining of any visa, residence permit, or immigration outcome. Programme requirements and conditions may change without notice at the discretion of the competent authorities.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
