The UAE Golden Visa by real estate investment requires a minimum investment of AED 2,000,000 in one or more properties registered in the United Arab Emirates.

The investment may be made in one or more properties. The property must be registered in the applicant's name in the UAE property registers.

The UAE does not offer a path to citizenship by investment
Emirati naturalisation is exceptional and entirely discretionary. It is not linked to investment amounts or years of residency.
